Pristine Touches – Terms and Conditions for Booking Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the booking services provided by Pristine Touches (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile car wash and housekeeping service operating solely in Dublin, Ireland. By booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Service Area

1.1. Our services are exclusively available to residents of Dublin, Ireland.
1.2. We operate on an estate-based system, meaning you must reside within one of the pre-listed or approved residential estates or areas in Dublin.
1.3. Bookings made outside our service area will be declined or cancelled.

  1. Booking and Scheduling

2.1. Services must be booked through our official channels: website form, WhatsApp, phone call, or direct message.
2.2. You must provide complete and accurate information, including your full name, estate, home address, phone number, and selected services.
2.3. Booking is subject to availability, and confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS.
2.4. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to location issues, weather conditions, or staff availability.

  1. Payments

3.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€).
3.2. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash or bank transfer upon completion
  • Pre-payment online (where available)
  • Subscription billing (monthly plans)
    3.3. Payment must be made in full either before or immediately after service is delivered.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.
4.2. Late cancellations (within 4 hours) or failure to provide access may result in a €5 cancellation fee.
4.3. We may reschedule or cancel services in cases of severe weather, restricted estate access, or emergencies.

  1. Services and Add-Ons

5.1. Services are provided as described on our website or official booking menu.
5.2. Additional services (e.g., pet hair removal, wax polish, stain removal) must be selected during booking or requested before service begins.
5.3. Any on-the-spot upgrades or changes may result in additional fees.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Ensure access to your home, car, or designated cleaning area is available at the agreed time.
6.2. Remove personal items or valuables from your car and household surfaces.
6.3. Secure pets and ensure that cleaners can work without obstruction.

  1. Liability

7.1. Pristine Touches is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles or property
  • Items left behind or not disclosed
  • Delays caused by road closures, estate access restrictions, or other unforeseen events
    7.2. All complaints or claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
  1. Subscription Services

8.1. Our unlimited wash and cleaning subscriptions are intended for reasonable use, typically up to 4 visits per month.
8.2. Excessive or abusive usage may result in plan modification, temporary suspension, or cancellation without refund.
8.3. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled with 5 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and communicated via WhatsApp or email where necessary.
